How much is shipping?
Shipping and handling within the continental US is a flat rate as stated in the tables below. Please email me for international shipping costs. Shipping will be automatically calculated during checkout in the same currency you choose to shop in.

How will my order be shipped?
Your item(s) will be shipped via USPS Priority mail. Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation will be included with your shipment at no extra charge!

When will my order be shipped?
Non-custom orders will ship within three business days of payment receipt. Custom orders may take up to seven business days of receipt of payment to ship, depending on the order.

Where can you ship to?
We can ship worldwide! For a shipping quote outside the United States, please e-mail me.

Where are you shipping from?
Shipments are sent out of Michigan, USA.



Payment

How can I pay?
Visa, MaterCard and e-Check payments may be submitted Online via PayPal's secure shopping cart. Internation money orders and personal checks are accepted, however, orders paid for by personal check will be held for ten days until the check clears before shipment. Utilizing PayPal's Online shopping cart will ensure the fastest delivery of your order.

How do I pay with a money order or cash?
Here are some reminders if you're sending your payment through the mail:
* If you're sending a money order from outside of the United States, please make sure it is an international money order otherwise it may not be cashable (note: US postal money orders are orange, not green!)
* Please make it out to Mandy Palmer, Pawsh Companions and send it to the address on the CONTACT PAWSH page
* Don't forget to enclose your order form, including the collar/leash type, fabric style, size and quantity, along with the full name and address you'd like your order sent to.

What currency do you accept?
I accept US funds only.

Why do you use PayPal to accept credit card payments?
To ensure absolutely secure Online payments, I choose to use PayPal to process your credit cards. It is a third party processing company, which has a good reputation and tens of millions of worldwide members. Your credit card information will be kept in their secure database, which protects you from Online fraud. You will only be charged the amount you authorize.

Why was my PayPal payment refunded?
Your PayPal payment may be refunded if you authorized the wrong amount to be charged by accident, or, in some cases, because your mailing address is unconfirmed in your PayPal account.

What choices do I have with regard to fabric patterns and colors?
Pawsh offers a variety of fabric pattern and color choice for your favorite Pawsh accessories. You can view what we currently have in-stock by visiting our Available Fabrics page. If you don't see what you're looking for in our in-stock fabrics, please feel free to e-mail me and I'll find what you're looking for!

What's your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final due to the small scale of my business. Please make sure you double-check all measurements, ask questions and are happy with your selection before you check out.
